Christopher N. O’Sullivan
Chris O’Sullivan, President of Paloma Resources, LLC, founded the company in 2004. Mr. O’Sullivan is primarily responsible for project selection and overall project execution. Mr. O’Sullivan has led the company in a series of private equity sponsored projects located in the Anadarko STACK, the TMS in eastern Louisiana, the Utica/Point Pleasant in eastern Ohio, the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas, the Haynesville Shale in East Texas, the Barnett Shale in North Texas, the Lobo/Expanded Wilcox in South Texas, and the Miocene in the Gulf of Mexico’s Matagorda Island Area.
Mr. O’Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas in 1983.

Mark J. Gabrisch
Mark Gabrisch, Executive Vice President, Land, of Paloma Resources, LLC, joined the company in 2006 as VP, Land. Mr. Gabrisch is primarily responsible for managing every aspect of the company’s land and legal activities, including direct involvement in all contract negotiations and trade agreements. Further, Mr. Gabrisch managed asset and entity sales for all Paloma entities since 2008.
Mr. Gabrisch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Houston in 1985.

William C. Derrick
Will Derrick, Executive Vice President, Business Development, joined the company in 2021. Mr. Derrick has over 10 years of energy experience and primarily focuses on business development and strategy for Paloma. After starting his career in E&P equity research at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Derrick founded and has led a series of oil and gas companies in the Mid-Continent including Penny Resources and Wayfinder Resources.
Mr. Derrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 2012.

R. E. (Bobby) Poirrier, Jr.
Bobby Poirrier joined Paloma Resources, LLC in late 2012 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Poirrier has nearly 30 years of energy industry experience, most recently in the capacity of Vice President of Corporate Development and Planning and Treasurer for Energy XXI.
Mr. Poirrier received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 1992 and a Master of Science degree in Finance from The University of Houston in 2002

Andrew N. Keck
Andrew Keck, Senior Vice President, Land and General Counsel, of Paloma Resources, LLC, joined the company in 2015. Mr. Keck has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including roles with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Hess Corporation. Mr. Keck oversees the day-to-day operations of the land department as well as all A&D activity.
Mr. Keck received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2003 and a Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007.

Grant T. Morton
Grant Morton, Vice President of Finance, joined Paloma Resources, LLC in 2019. Prior to joining Paloma, Mr. Morton worked for Macquarie Bank’s Energy Capital Group where he evaluated and structured debt, equity, and derivative transactions. Mr. Morton is primarily engaged in corporate budgeting, risk management, treasury management, and transaction analysis.
Mr. Morton received a B.B.A. in Finance, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013, where he was a member of the Business Honors Program.

Harrison R. Hastings
Harry Hastings, Vice President, Geology, joined Paloma Resources, LLC in early 2023. Mr. Hastings is primarily responsible for prospect generation, and subsurface characterization, evaluation, and development for Paloma. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Hastings worked for Cimarex Energy where he gained experience in the assessment and development of unconventional reservoirs, acquisition evaluation, and prospect generation. Mr. Hastings has worked extensively on a variety of projects in the Permian Basin, as well as in numerous other areas across the continental U.S. including the Anadarko, DJ, and Appalachian basins, and East Texas and North Louisiana Hydrocarbon Fairways.
Mr. Hastings received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the West Texas Geologic Society.

Lelan J. Anders
Lelan J. Anders, Vice President, Operations, joined Paloma Resources, LLC in mid-2024. Mr. Anders’ main role will be to plan, execute, and account for all drilling and completion operations for the company. Prior to joining Paloma he was VP, Operations at Santo Petroleum LLC where he oversaw company operations on multiple assets prior to divestiture in late 2023. Prior to Santo, Mr. Anders was the Vice President of Operations at Percussion Petroleum I, LLC. He oversaw drilling, completions, production, workovers, facilities, construction, and midstream while at Percussion. Prior to Percussion Mr. Anders led the completions and production team at Halcon Resources leading several engineers as well as day to day engineering on Halcon’s Eaglebine, TMS, Utica, and Austin Chalk assets. Prior to joining Halcon Mr. Anders was a Completions Engineer at Newfield Exploration, where he led Newfield’s completion over Eagleford and Bakken assets. Prior to Newfield Mr. Anders was a Drilling and Completions Engineer at TXCO Resources where he oversaw multiple drilling operations and Eagleford and Pearsall shale completions. Prior to TXCO Mr. Anders held several operational and engineering roles at Baker Oil Tools (5 years) and roughnecked at Caza Drilling Co.
Mr. Anders holds a B.S. in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Montana Tech University in Butte, MT.

Adam M. Meeks
Adam Meeks, Vice President of Reservoir Engineering, joined Paloma Resources, LLC in early 2024. Mr. Meeks primarily focuses on asset evaluations, economic analysis, and development planning & execution for Paloma. Mr. Meeks has more than 12 years of experience in the energy industry including several Petroleum Engineering roles at Cimarex/Coterra Energy where he gained experience in reservoir engineering including skill sets in well spacing analysis & selection, completion design optimization, mergers & acquisitions, and divestitures.
Mr. Meeks received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
