Ross A. Hayes, Vice President of Drilling and Completions, joined Paloma Resources, LLC, in 2019 as a senior drilling engineer. Mr. Hayes began his career in the energy industry in 2011 with Alta Mesa Resources where he held multiple roles of increasing responsibility leading drilling, completion, and workover operations for assets in the Gulf Coast inland waters, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, Michigan, New Mexico, and Idaho. Mr. Hayes and his team are responsible for leading and managing the execution of the company’s drilling and completions operations.

Mr. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University, and an MBA from Boston University.
