Christopher N. O’Sullivan


Mr. O’Sullivan is President of Paloma Resources, LLC, a company he founded in 2004, and President and owner of O’Sullivan Oil & Gas Company, Inc. (‘OOG’), a company he founded in 1987. While at Paloma, Mr. O'Sullivan has conceived many projects and lead the company through many management transactions including sales of assets in diverse areas such as the Gulf of Mexico Shelf, Barnett Shale in North Texas, Lobo/Expanded Wilcox in South Texas, and the Haynesville Shale in North Texas and North Louisiana.

O’Sullivan served as Chairman of the Board of ICO, Inc (NASDAQ: ICOC) from 2001-2005, and currently serves as a Director of Network International, Inc. and is a past Chairman of the Holy Rosary Church Capital Campaign. He founded NetworkOil, Inc. (now Network International, Inc.) in 1999 as an e-commerce company focused on the upstream energy equipment market. In 1997, Mr. O’Sullivan formed and managed San Juan Partners (‘SJP’), an entity that successfully acquired and privatized a publicly traded royalty trust (NYSE: BRU). Mr. O’Sullivan was part owner in O’Sullivan and Scully from 1985 to 1997. The company drilled and operated many wells along the Gulf Coast and acquired multiple projects during this time period. Mr. O'Sullivan served as Operations Manager for a small independent producer from 1983 to 1985. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Texas in 1983.

John O. Hastings, Jr.

Mr. Hastings is Vice President, Exploration, and also serves as Secretary of Paloma Resources, LLC. He joined Paloma in 2005. Mr. Hastings has developed and managed numerous projects in the Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale, Lobo/Expanded Wilcox, Onshore Tertiary, and Gulf of Mexico Shelf trends while at Paloma. These projects involved extensive 2-D and 3-D interpretation, prospect definition and development, horizontal/deviated well geosteering, and operations management. Paloma drilled 25 wells in the Barnett and Lobo projects resulting in gross production of 48 MMCFD, proved reserves well in excess of 100 BCF, and numerous additional drilling opportunities.

Mr. Hastings previously served as Vice President, Exploration for Edge Petroleum Corporation from 1998 to 2005, and served in a similar capacity with Edge's predecessor company since 1994. During his time with Edge, Mr. Hastings helped take Edge Petroleum public in 1997, and helped grow Edge's reserve base from less than 5 BCFE to over 100 BCFE. From 1984 to 1994 Mr. Hastings was a Senior Geologist with Shell Oil Company where he worked extensively in South Texas and the offshore Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Hastings has worked and managed projects throughout the onshore and offshore US which have resulted in numerous new field discoveries, field expansions, and exploitation successes. Mr. Hastings received a Master of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University in 1984, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in 1982. He has served on the Associate Vestry at St. John The Divine Church, and is past Chairman of St. Catherine's Montessori School 's Capital Campaign.


Mark J. Gabrisch

Mr. Gabrisch is Vice President, Land, of Paloma Resources, LLC, having joined the company on September 1, 2006. While at Paloma, Mr. Gabrisch has managed all land related activities including the acquisition of significant acreage positions in the Barnett, Haynesville, and Marcellus Shale trends, and the Lobo/Expanded Wilcox trends in South Texas (Zapata Co.), and the drilling of 25 operated wells in the Barnett Shale and Lobo projects.

Mr. Gabrisch previously served as Senior Vice President, Land, for Edge Petroleum Corporation (NASDAQ:EDGE) from 2005 to 2006, Vice President, Land, from 1998 to 2004, for Edge, and served in a similar capacity with Edge's predecessor company since 1994. During his time with Edge, Mr. Gabrisch oversaw all land related activities associated with the company, including the acquisition of over 300,000 gross and 150,000 net acres of leasehold and options, the acquisition of over 1000 square miles of 3D seismic data, and the drilling of over 300 wells. As a member of Edge's management team, Mr. Gabrisch was involved in the preparation of the Edge's annual Budget and Plan as well as most strategic business decisions and negotiations.

From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Gabrisch was a Senior Landman with Shell Oil Company. While at Shell, Mr. Gabrisch handled a variety of land related activities in numerous basins in Texas , Oklahoma , Michigan and Mississippi. Mr. Gabrisch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston in 1985.

David Elmer

Mr. Elmer is Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of Paloma Resources, LLC. Prior to joining Paloma in January 2007, Mr. Elmer was a Vice President in the Structured Oil & Gas Finance group of the Royal Bank of Scotland , based in Houston.

Since receiving his MBA from Rice University in 2000, Mr. Elmer also has been engaged in E&P sector investment banking and asset divestiture advisory. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Elmer was employed by Union Pacific Resources as a Petroleum Engineer. He received a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1991, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
